You have 30 days from delivery to reach out. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
These receive a full refund or a free replacement, no questions asked. Send us a photo and we will sort it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No refunds past 30 days from the delivery date.
